Miriada is a fully-equipped 2013 Leopard 48 sailing catamaran, with four full cabins, a crew cabin, and two heads. This was the four cabin four head model but two heads have been converted to a laundry and a pantry. They could be reverted back to heads as the plumbing is still in place. The dedicated laundry center is forward to starboard and the pantry forward to port. Miriada is a clean vessel with no history of hurricane damage and was never in bareboat charter. The boat is fully off grid, has all major safety features available, and produces plenty of water, power, and fun each day for any family's needs. Main engines are Yanmar 4JH5E non-ECU motors with an estimated 4800 hours. The 2500W solar panels are complemented with a Northern Lights 9 kW genset.
Comments from the current owners:
Our perfect family cruising boat, Miriada, is for sale. Due to health concerns we have to move back to land, and we would love to see this boat take another family on a new adventure!

The galley is located on the port-aft section of the salon. Starboard and Port Aft CabinsThese spacious, bright and airy cabins are located on both hulls. Walking down four steps to gain access, with a solid handrail to guide you down.
A large queen size bed with ample headroom and two 12V fans. The starboard cabin has been upgraded with a custom HMC coil mattress in 2021.
The window side of the bed has two small ledges for all your nighttime essentials.
Along the interior side of the bed there are two shelves between the bed and wall which run the whole length and create a more open feel and has plenty of storage capacity.
The large window next to the bed provides ample light. At night it is reassuring to look out and make sure the boat is where it is supposed to be.
Next to the window there is a porthole which allows airflow, along with the large overhead hatch.
Under the front of the bed there are two large drawers behind which are located each of the diesel tanks and the water heaters; easily accessed by lifting up the mattress.
Highlights:
- Queen size bed with custom coil mattress on starboard
- Cabin large window, port hole and overhead hatch
- Cruisair AirCon
- Caframo compact two-speed 12V fan at head of bed, Caframo Sirocco II three-speed omnidirectional 12V fan at foot of bed

Starboard and Port Forward CabinsWalking down the four steps on both the port and starboard sides brings you to the forward cabins.

Under the bed there is ample storage space, accessed by lifting up the mattress.
There are two large drawers under the foot of the bed, one closet on the interior wall, and a larger side storage space just after the door.
The port forward cabin has access to the forward port crew cabin via a latched door that can be held open to join the cabins together, or closed to provide privacy for additional quarters or storage. Kids love this option.
For natural light and ventilation there is a large picture window, porthole and large overhead hatch.
Highlights:

CockpitThe forward cockpit, a unique feature and distinguishing characteristic of Leopards, features built-in seating, a split table, and hardtop with overhead hatch, allowing easy access to the foredeck and trampoline. The aft cockpit is impressive in size and shade is provided by a huge fiberglass hardtop. Occupying the port-side is a large U-shaped settee with fiberglass table. Adjacent to starboard is a built-in L-shaped settee.Up four steps from the cockpit on the starboard side is the elevated helm station. Sight lines from the helm station are excellent, 360 degrees, and protection from the elements is provided by a full helm enclosure. All sail-handling hardware are well within reach, making solo operation very easy.

HelmstationOne of the greatest advantages of the Leopard 48 is that all sailing and reefing can be made from the helm seat in the cockpit, which is convenient and safe. With one electric winch, adjustments can be easily done by one person alone under all conditions, without having to go on deck or wake another person up at night.
The helm station is really one of the best features of the boat and the envy of most other ones, including bigger cats. It has a wide seat, great 360 view, well spread-out displays, controls and winches and everything necessary to sail the cat from the comfort of the cockpit.
The helm seat is extra wide, with a hardtop bimini which in the tropics is key to keeping cool and staying out of the sun, but also keeps you dry from the rain. The Bimini has built in LED lighting that provides excellent ambiance at night.
Overall, the helmstation is one of the highlights of this catamaran, super functional, well thought out, aesthetically pleasing, roomy and with a perfect 360 degrees view of your surroundings.
