Catamaran Brokerage is pleased to present this 2016 model Leopard 44, now available for her new owner in Sint Maarten, Caribbean—an ideal location to begin your cruising adventure and customize the boat to your preferences.
This catamaran has been owned by a professional captain and was purchased after its time in a charter fleet. Since then, she has been meticulously maintained and operates in a day charter fleet of five very well-pampered sailing catamarans with a renowned company in Sint Maarten.

Factory comments:
One of the many intriguing features this yacht offers is the forward cockpit with direct access from the saloon. While a forward cockpit is conventional on the modern cruising catamaran, the Leopard 44 distinctively offers an integral hardtop bimini, protecting the forward and aft cockpit, while also creating a comfortable outdoor living space.
The Leopard 44’s sailing performance and ease of handling has earned her multiple awards. All running rigging runs aft to the standard electric winch allowing this yacht to be sailed from the comfort and safety of the protected helm station with double helm seat and hardtop bimini.

Notes on History:
The boat was previously in a charter fleet in the BVI and sustained some damage during Hurricane Irma in 2017. The mast broke into two pieces but did not fall on the deck or lifelines. A new mast and standing rigging were replaced in 2020.
Minor damage on the transom was repaired with fiberglass.
In 2018, due to a defective rudder bearing, the port engine room was flooded with seawater, damaging the port engine. The port engine was replaced with a brand-new Yanmar 2019 model in 2020.
