2006 ROBERTSON AND CAINE LEOPARD 40: PRIVATELY OWNED SINCE NEW, NEVER CHARTERED
BUILDER'S REMARKS: The Leopard 40 was awarded "Boat of the Year" in 2005 by numerous magazines / judging panels all over the world. The Leopard 40 was the first cruising catamaran to feature a step-less entry from salon to cockpit as well as a 'central winch pod' that allows the helmsman to be in full control of the sails while being seated. The Morelli & Melvin design, the generous sail plan, and the fine entry bows allow the Leopard 40 to tack under mainsail alone in less than 8 knots of wind! Try that on another 40' cruising cat!
BROKER'S REMARKS: "Saint Somewhere" boasts a 4 cabin / 2 head lay out. This yacht has never been in charter, we sold it to the first owner who sailed from South Africa to the Caribbean, cruised around and then we sold it to the current owner back in 2007. Since then, she has been mainly used for day trips and there is hardly any wear on the interior / exterior. "Saint Somewhere" is nicely equipped yet not overloaded with options. Very low engine hours, immaculate mechanicals and the necessary gear needed for a long or short trip.
This yacht has been professionally maintained by her owners since new. This yacht is in truly sail-away condition and a must see for a discerning catamaran buyer. Immediately available, USCG documented and in perfect condition.
