+++++Prior Storm Damaged Vessel++++ 

Get a great deal on a newer nice low hour Leopard 48 with 4-cabin  4-head configuration.  Newer "milk" interior.  Northern Lights Generator, solar, forward cockpit balcony, life raft, Multiple AC units, autopilot, electrical davit....low hours approx 450 hours. 

The vessel sustained damage while on land in the Bahamas 1 year ago.  The vessel did not submerge or sink.  All fiberglass has been repaired. 

All systems are properly working. Clean interior. Prior damages mainly to port side. Despite some exterior cosmetic issues, the boat is clean.  Low engine hours 450 hours.

1. Both Yanmar engines and sail drives are good. Recently serviced.

2. AC units work properly

5. Generator is fully functional( northern lights 3200 hours)

6. Jib and main sail in good condition

7. Life raft

8. Solar

10. no electrical problems

11. no plumbing issues

12. no damages below waterline

 

 

 CURRENT REPAIRS NEEDED:

1. Install new electronics $5k 

2. New Mast/rigging $35k complete. ( we have a new mast which we purchased new from the factory)

3. install 1 new cabin window ( we have new window)

4. some cosmetic gelcoat repairs needed. (mainly some color matching/non-skid blemishes) 

 

 

 

  The vessel can currently be motored away if desired.    Please call us if you want more pics.

 US flagged and Coast Guard documented vessel. Can be registered anywhere in the world.

Boat CAN be insured and also financed.
