Bridge
Very large flybridge with seating to accomodate eight people with fridge and sink for full crusing and entertianing ability.   Full enclosure is a available but currently not installed.  New electronics on the bridge and lower helm.  Helm seats were replaces in 2021 with Pompanetter Evolution helm  series leaning pad/seat.  All overhead bridge lights relaced with new lumitech white/red/blue led lights. Equipment Upgrades

Systems
• Three (3) new 16,000 self contained BTU Marinaire units. All supply and discharge hoses replaced on all units on the boat..
• Three (3) new Kool Pumps 500 GPM raw water pumps for each A/C (3)
• 40 GPM Watermaker system rebuild with new elements..
• All thru hulls valves and hoses replaced with Gemlux and Forespar units. Worked completed at American Custom Yachts.
• Entire holding tank system/hoses on all three heads replaced with new poly Todd tanks, new high end Vetus hoses and new three way valves for overboard discharge. New Thru hulls for each of the head units. This system is a huge upgrade to the standard system that comes with all Leopards cats.



Cockpit

• New cushions in settee area on back deck replaced a few years ago. Blue/tan combo perimeter cockpit drain system

She sleeps 8 people in three (3) separate staterooms. Forward port side stateroom has queen and single guest stateroom in front of the queen which can also be used as storage. Rear port side stateroom has queen with cabinets for storage.. Master has larger king/queen version. The couch could also accommodate another guest as well. All three staterooms have their own head and shower and closets

Salon
Cushions and covers for all soft good in the saloon are the leatherlike material Leopard has used for years. . . TV station is located in saloon on a swivel. The direct TV system was just repaired and worked as far south as Cat Island this past summer.

• Stainless Steel freezer and fridge combo. Uses 12 volt power so generator does not to be running to run these systems.

•  Microwave Oven 110 volt . Also works when generator is off with the inverter system
• Dinette Table has two options. Smaller table that folds low or high and larger table that also has cushion to convert the saloon couch into a very large bed.
