Brand New FX Sails Mainsail (March 2021)
2011 (2012 model) Leopard 44 catamaran lying in the USVI.
The Leopard 44, with it's additional forward cockpit, is at the forefront of modern catamaran design. In addition, the boat offers an integral hardtop bimini, protecting both the forward and aft cockpit, while also creating a comfortable, and enjoyable additional living space. A protected raised helm is featured for ease of handling.
She has 4 double cabins, with each fore cabin containing an additional single birth in the forepeak, a fully equipped galley with a new Fridge/Freezer, all necessary equipment, ready to sail. She Sleeps 12 people. 2 each in aft cabin. 3 each in double and single berth forward cabins and 2 in convertible salon. 4 heads, 5 showers (1 at transom). Of course a fully equipped galley, with two 7 gallon hot water tanks.
The clever blending of the salon living space with both the forward and aft cockpits results in the outdoor spaces becoming an extension of the saloon.
This Leopard 44 was on land in St Kitts during both hurricanes Irma / Maria and was unaffected. This boat was owned by its current owner while still in the SunSail charter program. Turned over in 100% operational condition and never without an ASA certified instructor/USCG Licensed Captain aboard over the last 4 years.
Recently rebuilt Generator and both Saildrives.
She benefits from a good specification including upgraded 39Hp engines, electric winches, solar panels, generator and air conditioning.
