Island R&R is the only Leopard 46 4 cabin boat that I'm personally aware of that was built for a private owner, and not a charter company.  This particular boat was used privately until 2016 when she was purchased by her current owner.  She has been professionally maintained by a full-time captain and crew during his term of ownership, and used for crewed yacht charter.

She exhibits a level of care often not seen on Leopards of this vintage.

Some of her key features include:

  • Watermaker
  • Generator
  • Air Conditioning
  • Solar
  • Cockpit Fridge
  • Custom Cockpit Cushions
  • Inverter
  • Electric Heads
  • And So Much More

Manufacturer Provided Description

Built by Robertson and Caine, and designed by renowned architects Morrelli and Melvin, the Leopard 46 is a blue water cruising catamaran that combines spacious living accommodations, high quality fittings and great performance. Inspired by the Leopard 62, the raised helm station is located in the hard top roof with open access to the cockpit and all controls lead aft, for excellent visibility and ease of manoeuvres. The starboard hull is entirely dedicated to the owner, with a large private cabin, study area, separate head and shower room and attractive beech wood finishes throughout. The port hull accommodates two spacious guest cabins each with en suite head and separate shower. The signature ?walk-through? access to the roomy cockpit and aft bathing platform connecting the two transoms, completes this exciting new model. (Also available with 4 cabins.) The base price for the Leopard 46 is $549,000

Vessel Walkthrough

(4 Cabin / 4 Head with crew quarters (no head)

Starting most forward in the forepeak is the crew cabin in the port bow.  It is accessible by a hatch in the forward bulkhead of the port guest cabin and an overhead deck hatch.

Proceeding from the main salon and down the steps to the port hull, going forward is a guest cabin with queen sized bed central and forward, a hanging locker inboard and separate seat aft of the bed to port.  The forward head with separate stall can be accessed by the forward cabin only.  The head has an aft facing toilet most forward followed by the hand basin outboard and the shower is most aft with a separate stall.

Further aft in the port hull is the aft head.  This head mirrors the forward head with separate shower most forward, followed by the hand basin outboard and forward facing toilet.  The aft head can be accessed only by the aft cabin. Aft of the head is the aft cabin, which has an extra seat outboard to port and hanging locker inboard with steps up to a queen sized berth.

The starboard hull is a mirror image of the port hull except most forward there is a hand basin for the crew area and this forepeak can only be accessed through the deck hatch– note there is not a toilet installed in the forepeak.

Steps up from both hulls lead to the main salon.  To port and forward is a C shaped dining area that surrounds the large salon table. The seating upholstery is Cream Naugahyde in the saloon. Aft of the dining area is the side opening fridge and freezer, a work surface above and the main breaker panel mounted above the surface.  To starboard of the dining area is the forward facing navigation station with separate seat.

Starboard aft in the salon is the U shaped galley with counter space forward and a cupboard below.  The stove is outboard aft followed by the double sinks along the bulkhead facing aft with the view out into the cockpit.  There is additional counter space inboard of the sinks along the bulkhead which holds the garbage disposal below and separate cupboard.  Above is a risen counter top.
